Hi Sid, The laptop comes with an HDMI out port and a VGA port. If your projector supports those types of connections, you should be good to go!

The onboard HD 520 Graphics has a built in Options to make a dual display, a single display, shut off the internal display and only use the external display, and if using any external display, you are allowed to adjust your settings to 1080P, but nothing higher. Always remember though, if your using it as a dual display along with your built in Monitor, don't force your built in monitor to display at 1080P, only can you use 1080P when you display external monitor ONLY, not as dual.

Also check for connectivity requirements. This system has USB, HDMI, VGA ports.
