Yes you can by using an eGPU adapter ..you must remove the Wifi card and connect the Video card via the port the Wif card was using.. Youtube shows you can do this to any modern computer using that wifi card slot..you need to use the adapter ribbon cable to the video card adapter you will also need an external powet supply but this method serves the same purpose as a thunderbolt port you will you will need to provide internet via an ethernet cable to your computer since you removed the wifi card for the eGPu adapter.
