“I am not able to uncheck the green screen icon for Zoom meetings. I get a response saying the computer does not support that. Is there anything I can do so I don't have to use a green screen background for Zoom like maybe an upgrade to the computer?”

We recommend you check with the Zoom APP troubleshooting tips forum for more insight as to the requirements for using their background software: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/210707503-Virtual-Background. You may be able to use a 3rd party APP for virtual backgrounds, that is compatible with both Windows 10 and the Zoom APP once you have determined the requirements and compatibility from Zoom.
