You can also attach a USB-C dock or adapter to the device if you need additional ports like HDMI. The unit also features two USB 3.0 Type-A ports that can use adapters for video.

    • Answer Take it out of the box, plug it in. It'll prompt you to connect to a wifi network, then have you either log in to your Google account, or set up an account if you don't have one already, and your(almost) done! Annoyingly, my device had an outdated version of ChromeOS out of the box, and it didn't update itself during setup, I had to check for and manually install the update myself because some of my work apps were not working. Took an extra 10 minutes, but it wasn't difficult at all.

To use this Chromebook outside the USA, you will need to add a compatible wall side plug adapter, compatible with the country where the Chromebook will be used. This wall side plug adapter is sold separately.

    • Answer Yes it does work for Zoom meetings with the built in camera. That is exactly what my daughter needed it for also. The picture is a dimmer and less colorful than a more expensive Chromebook or laptop but the price is fair. The antenna for picking up wifi signal is stronger than all my fancy cell phones and that keeps zoom meetings from being dropped which is very important. I would recommend it especially as a backup.
