• You can only connect one vga monitor with the game card installed. The onboard vga is disabled due to the card. The only way to connect 2 monitors is use one vga and one hdmi.

• You might want to go to the store to get this problem fixed, or you will want to use a hdmi cord to plug into one of the monitors

• It sounds like there may be a problem with the card itself if only one vga port works. To rule this out first make sure both of the vga cords are good and work properly. If both work with the port that you think is functioning correctly, but not with the other, then the card is defective and it needs replaced either through warranty or best buy.
