“Saw elsewhere that as soon as the OS updated, people lost touch screen ability. Can anyone confirm or deny this, as wanted this one for the OS update support thru 2028.”

• i have been using this device for about a week and have not had this problem. I have performed 1 update without any problems.

• Can also confirm touch screen works. Before I purchased this I did some searching around the Lenovo forums and found that the touchscreen issue had been patched. Updated the device when doing the setup and the touchscreen function works just fine.

• I did an update to the latest OS version upon setup and did not lose Touch-screen functionality.

• This happened to me. As soon as I updated the OS, the touch screen stopped working. Tech support couldn’t fix it either, so I had to return he unit.
