“I chatted with Lenovo customer service and was assure this computer had Turbo in Bios. I checked the Bios after purchasing it and looked at Bios but see no option to either turn Turbo on or off. Does anyone know if it has Turbo???”

Yes, this desktop does have a Turbo Boost speed of up to 4.6GHz and, it is not user controllable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Model number 90HV0005US ships with the Intel Core i7-8700 processor which as a base speed of 3.2GHz and a Turbo Boost speed of up to 4.6GHz. This is automatic and not controlled by the user. You can change the processor speed within the BIOS.
