- Answer It's not a Microsoft capable product. It only runs Google Chrome. You can't even put MS Office on it.

- Answer Chrome is the operating system for the computer. I had a computer using windows, but after I bought this chromebook, I will not be using windows again.

- Answer No, this product does not have an Ethernet port. However, there are converter cables that you can buy; the cable plugs into your computer's USB port, and then you plug your Ethernet cable from your modem or router into the other side of the converter cable. I recently purchased one of these from here, I *think* it was the Belkin below -- and it worked flawlessly out of the box on my Mac, but it should work fine on any OS. BestBuy's website list one on sale for $19.99 here (and 80 people's averaged ratings on it are 4.6 out of 5): http://www.bestbuy.com/site/belkin-usb-2-0-to-ethernet-adapter-black/1742019.p?id=1219062508557 Belkin - USB 2.0-to-Ethernet Adapter - Black Model: F4U047BT SKU: 1742019 There are also faster ones that use USB 3.0 instead of 2.0.

- Answer This is a laptop that utilizes the Chrome Cloud-Based computing system. It is built like every other laptop of its size, but it uses a different operating system. It uses the Chrome Operating System that is a Cloud-Based System. No programs are stored on the device. All the programs are stored on the Google Server. This device only works when you are connected to the internet. You can not do work off line.

- Answer There is only about 8.5 GB free space on the Chromebook so best to keep your music external. You can use an external hard drive OR there is an SD card slot. I keep a 32 GB plugged in most of the time. You can put your library on the SD card. This Chromebook has a music player but, of course, will not run iTunes so you likely not have access to your play lists. I put some music that I listen to frequently (about 8 songs) on the downloads folder in the Chromebook for fast access.

- Answer yes. there is a limited amount of local space to save photos and documents. all photos and docs will be saved on google drive. you also get 100 gigs of extra space on the drive when you buy this laptop.

- Answer We recommend you check first with the camera manufacturer for the camera's compatibility with the Chrome operating system. The IdeaPad 100s Chromebook does have WiFi capability.
