• Yes, this system is a full PC. It has a full version of Windows 10 Home 32-bit as its operating system. It will perform as any PC would. It is an entry-level PC.

• Depending what it was you installed? Are you looking to edit softward programs? You probably don't have the memory for such advanced projects. However, if you want to edit documents or images, WORD or Adobe CS (or comparable generic closes of software) can be installed and implemented easily.
