“When I unplug the laptop the laptop automatically turns off, How can I stop that? Just got this new laptop and I charged it fully and now when I unplug it, it turns off. When I do plug it back in it is at 99% and recognizes it's plugged in but stay's at 99% and tells me it's not charging. I don't know how to fix this”

Try going to power settings and modifying what happens when you unplug. If this doesn't work then you probably have a defective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like a defective extended battery (under the notebook) either it's not registering a connection or the battery is defective. If it's a recent purchase, the battery should be covered by manufacture warranty. If you have nothing important etc on it, it might be easier to return it and get a new one.
