Check your battery management settings, seems like you might be set to save battery "Maximum lifespan" instead of 'Maximum battery " The difference is confusing, but it means one fully charges and the other doesn't. LiOn batteries "cells" last longer if they are not fully charged multiple times. I mean they last for 1000 charge -discharge cycles, but if you don't fully charge and discharge, they last longer, say 4 years instead of 3. The LiOn batteries like to be kept half charged for long storage.
