Can you add additional RAM? null

You can, but you must open entire computer to do so. several videos on youtube. If you go to that trouble you may as well add a ss harddrive while you're at it.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 8GB. So your certified technician can remove the 4GB RAM stick the model ships with and replace it with an 8GB RAM stick.
