You'll have about 90 GB of usable storage. It can probably handle the software but if you have pictures stored on your current laptop you may want to see how much space they're taking up. Then do a comparison. If Picasa has cloud storage as Office does then I don't see a problem. Also, my laptop came in S-mode so only Windows authorized programs can be installed. It's easy to switch out of though. You just can't switch back. You'll be able to add Picasa then if you couldn't before.

We recommend you check with the photo editing software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. This computer has a 128GB solid state hard drive, with approximately 80GB of storage space available to the user, in total. If the photo file size averages 3.0MB, 80GB can hold approximately 20,000 photos.
