In Win10 you have a shared folder with your dual boot system. Or a USB Drive to store data. download the driver from this deb package: https://launchpad.net/~wenchien/+archive/ubuntu/rtl8821c/+files/oem-wifi-realtek-8821ce-lp1767920-4.15-dkms_0.8_amd64.deb Source: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-oem/+bug/1740231 store it on shared partition or USB Drive Boot to UBUNTU then install the driver reboot then try wifi If still sketchy connect a network cable then reinstall again since you will need an active internet connection to install the driver, since it will want to pull some packages from the Ubuntu repository.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That will depend on the requirements and capability of the program. The Lenovo IdeaPad 130-15 laptop ships with Windows 10 S-Mode (you can switch to Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system) and is configured for Windows operating system.
