    • Answer Model number 81H5002FUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this model can support is 8GB, so your certified technician can remove the 4GB stick and replace it with an 8GB stick.

  • QuestionThe power charger port is on the left side of the computer, which is awkward if you are right handed. The cord length is too short to reach the wall plug by my desk. Is it safe to use an extension cord with this laptop and what type is recommended.

    • Answer Yes, you can use an extension cord with the provided AC adapter/charger. Any UL tested (CE certified) extension cord with capability of handling Output: 20V 2.25A 45W Input: 100-240V 50-60Hz will work. You may want to consider using an extension power strip with surge protection.

    • Answer This computer was easy to upgarde memory to 8GB. I ordered new memory to specifications, unscrewed the bottom and popped it off, put new memory in and it was working in minutes. I would recommend upgrading. Not sure about warranty, given the price point, if I get two years, I will be happy.

    • Answer As this laptop sits at delivery, it barely meets the minimum specs to run Fortnite on PC. The 4gb RAM is what is really going to hinder you if you want to play any PC games. The recommended settings include 8gb of RAM, dedicated graphics card and a mid level CPU. Those laptops are traditionally in the $400-500 range (on sale). I wouldn't purchase this laptop expecting it to play Fortnite well :(
