A:Answer The Asus has a Full HD screen, USB-C port, slightly faster memory, and is lighter. This Lenovo has lower screen resolution and no USB-C port. According to Best Buy specs, the Asus has DDR4-2666 memory while Lenovo has DDR4-2400.)
At the time of this writing, Best Buy shows the prices of the two as the same ($599.99).
I don’t see any indication of a fingerprint reader on the Asus. This Lenovo does have a fingerprint reader.
Judging by the pictures, it looks to me like the construction of the Lenovo might be better, but it is difficult to say without seeing them both side by side.
Although Lenovo does have dual hard drive and more overall storage, the Asus does have a much larger SSD.
Overall, it looks to me like the Asus has better specs. But the mixed reviews of the Asus make me a little nervous. However, that might just be because, based on the comments, it looks like some people’s reviews suggest that a previous description description of the item may have stated that it had a backlit keyboard when it doesn’t, so people had been complaining about that. So maybe mixed reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.
