- Answer The alarm sounds more like a friendly charm if you’re hearing loss means that you cannot hear the old-fashioned buzz alarm then this is not for you.

- Answer The Lenovo Smart Clock Essential does not need the Lenovo Smart Light Bulbs to function. With the Lenovo Link Pro APP and the Google Home APP installed on your Smart phone/tablet paired to the Smart Clock Essential, you will be able to use Voice Commands through the Google Assistant to control the Lenovo Smart Bulb with your Smart Clock Essential.

QuestionI have one in my bathroom. Oposite to have it on room, on bathroom, would be great that lights goes on on sunset and goes off on sunrise. That way, I allways would have a small light on my bathroom (even on kitchen, corridors, etc). Is it avaiable ?

- Answer The display light of the Lenovo Smart Clock Essential can be adjusted automatically as the ambient light changes or you can use a voice command with Google Assistant to set the display brightness to your choice of brightness level.

- Answer Just direct it. You may wake up to music at the time you desire. I do it every morning. If I can do it, I know that you can.

QuestionI love my smart clock. Is it worth buying another when it lost Pandora music? My current clock just stopped and says, "link it". I have spent countless hours trying to link Pandora back to my clock. It links to cell & computer, not clock now:(

You can ask Google Assistant to play from YouTube Music, Pandora, SiriusXM, and Spotify, for starters. If you are having issues with linking to one of these compatible services, we recommend first resetting your Smart Clock Essential. To rest your Smart Clock Essential, press and hold the Alarm button and the Volume Down button at the same time for 12 seconds. If you still can not stream one of the compatible music streaming services listed, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support for Smart Devices at: 866-426-0911.
