Light office type use with some web browsing and streaming from google play = 7-9 hours of battery. Heavy web and moderate program use = 5-6 hours. Heavy program use = 5 hours. Diablo 3/borderlands 2 gaming = 2-3 hours Demanding program/rendering = 2-3 hours Hope this helps. This is also on balance profile, screen around 50%, wifi on performance, Bluetooth on, keyboard backlight off.

This laptop has major battery issues that if you look into will hear about. I bought mine before Christmas time and I cannot use it without having it be plugged in. If its not plugged in and you go to pick it up/move it, it shuts down. Not to mention that after a month of having it I had battery error messages popping up. I'm waiting on trying to get it fixed ... just can't find the time because I need it for work everyday.

I went on battery for whole day occasionally playing music, videos, and surfing the net and left it overnight without charging on sleep mode. The next day it had about 15% battery left.

Also contacted the factory to return the Yoga 14 after the Lenovo security issues were made public. Received nothing but run around. Will never, ever purchase another Lenovo product.
