“Does this machine come with Word already loaded, and other Office products?”

• No, it did not. It was suggested that I purchase MS Office for $50 when I bought the unit. Based on previous experience, I thought this was a good buy. But when I installed it (using a code needed to download it, I found that this was only for a year.

• No, although it does come with a trial of the complete Microsoft Office suite pre-loaded

• Yes - Microsoft Office is pre-loaded. However, it's only a trial. After that, you've got to buy it... another options is open office. Sans the majority their version of "word" is close to being on par.

• No it doesn't. You will need to subscribe to Office 365 or purchase Office 2013.
