As long as you are using decent editing software like Adobe suite or some other industry standard application you should be pleased. This laptop hardware surpasses the MacBook you mentioned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since you're considering between the two machines with two distinct OS, I assume you're familiar with either and has no preference in OS. In this case, go with the Macbook. Ive had both of the models you are considering (though my MBP is 256gb), and the mac is better in almost every way from build quality to internals. It has better specced CPU, higher freq'd ram, faster SSD (lenovo is actually a hybrid which is pretty useless as far as speed goes). Thinkpad yoga is built nothing like a thinkpad either. Unless you have some sort of MPC app where you'll be utilizing the touchscreen, just go with the mac. Ive had a long answer written, but felt that is well, way too long going into too much detail.
