• it runs "Windows 8.1 with Bing" which is the full standard Windows 8.1 (just with the default search engine set to Bing, which you can set to Google or whatever once you have windows on)

• This device runs full windows 8.1 not rt.

• It is NOT RT (like on the earlier Microsoft Surface tablets). This is full blown Windows 8.1

• This particular one comes with Windows 8.1. There are other versions out there that come packed with Android 4.4. None that I know of have Windows RT.

• The tablet have Windows 8.1 no the Pro version but it runs just find.
