Make sure you're using the correct cable. There's one for the tablet, and another for the keyboard, if you have that. We have no problem with ours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. You have to make sure that you use the USB cable for the tablet and not the keyboard. How you tell the difference is that one cord is thicker than the other. That's the one you use, the thicker one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure if this is your problem, but I've found that you cannot use a third-party USB adapter to charge this device. You have to use the one provided by Lenovo. Otherwise, the charge will take forever. Also make sure you're plugging into the right port. The micro-HDMI and micro-USB are very similar in size and shape (but not quite the same). I almost ruined my micro-HDMI port by trying to force the micro-USB cable into it. Fortunately, I took a close look before trying that. The micro-USB port is the one on the side by the power button. Finally, turn the screen off (press the power button) when charging. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same thing at first. Make sure you that you plug it in the right outlet on the screen the. The other one to the keyboard. Make sure it turn on while the battery is charging up. It may take up to 6 hours initially. I have use it and I love it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My first one stopped charging after about 1 month. Best Buy replaced it but you must do it during their return window. On my new one I changed the settings to "never sleep when plugged in". Don't know if this helped or if I just got lucky this time???? So far no problems but since I didn't purchase an extended warrantee I hope it doesn't happen again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.make sureyou plug it is on the screen part of the tablet. Not the removable keyboard. It took me half a day to fully charge mine though. Then it took me 2 hrs to have my tablet recognize my removable keyboard which then took have my battery life on it at that point. I was a bit frustrating to say the least.
