• Yes. Bluetooth is best. Wireless needs an adapter which is cumbersome.

• Yes, with an adapter you can use a USB mouse. Or you can buy a Bluetooth mouse. I use a stylus most of the time.

• Maybe if you can find a mouse that's designed for tablets or that uses bluetooth. Otherwise probably not, I know my wireless mouse needs a reciever plugged into the computer usb port, and there are no normal size usb ports on this tablet.

• Yes, the best would be a bluetooth mouse. While I believe you can use a USB mouse, you would tie up the precious USB port and need an OTG adapter.

• Yes, this unit runs Windows 8.1 and can easily be paired with a wireless mouse if desired.
