Are you using the browser that came with the Windows 10 operating system? Did the browser ever work correctly? Was there a Windows update since the problem occurred? If the browser was working properly and only recently started not working, did you try restoring the system back to a date when the browser did work? If these questions don't apply to your situation, you can call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
