The battery is not user replaceable. A certified technician can replace the battery. Here is a link to a Windows site with instructions on how to turn off the touch screen feature: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/disable-touch-screen-windows-10
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the Lenovo Yoga 720 15IKB. It does NOT have a front and rear battery slot. It has an integrated battery that is accessible and replaceable by taking off the bottom cover. As for the touch screen, it CAN be disabled via the Windows Device Manager. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht502617 Overall, I have been very impressed with the performance of my Yoga 720. Battery life has been very good although I have not timed the actual battery life from full to empty.
