A:AnswerI have a TCL Roku TV and it does work, however my remote stopped working after about 3-4 months. First when I hit mute I wasn't able to unmute, then I wasn't able to control volume. Of course I changed the batteries, tested them to make sure they were good (they were) and cleaned the remote to make sure there was nothing interfering. Still nothing. The sound is good but now I have to get up and manually change the volume/settings whenever I switch between channels.

A:AnswerWe’re having the same issue after a year of nonstop operation. Like something triggered it to stop after 5-10 minutes. Answers on this forum are worthless as they say to call LG but after going through a maze of auto attendant commands, we got cut off twice. Horrible customer support. Thinking of trashing LG unit and spending a few dollars more for a reliable Sonus product
