- Answer Hi Ryan. Unfortunately, the measurement from the bottom of the LG ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 2.3 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer w/ NFC Tag On - White, Model # WM1388HW to the bottom of the door is not listed in the product's specifications. The washer has a height of 33 1/2"and the door is about 8" from the top of the washer, and the door opening has a height (or diameter/width) of 13.8", so the height should be about 11.7" to about 12". You can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 to ask if they have CAD drawings to verify this or give you an accurate measurement...^IFV
