• Unless Best Buy specifically notes it, no. Delivery and removal of the old dishwasher is generally included but you have to uninstall the old dishwasher yourself for them to take it.

• Installation was extra when I brought my dishwasher but BB had a limited time offer to install it for about $19.99. Originally I brought the dishwasher intending not to take delivery right away but to get the sale price and installation offers locked in. The special installation price ended the day I brought my dishwasher but I'm sure they will offer it again as its a great deal.
