QuestionHas anyone noticed that Best Buy's website and LG's website say Freesync is only available over DisplayPort, but the manual for this monitor shows Freesync is available through the DisplayPort and HDMI ports. Has anyone tested Freesync through HDMI?

- Answer From the LG website freesync is only available with Display Port connection. As I do not own an AMD GPU I can not test this feature of the monitor.

QuestionI can't edit the "Black Level" or HDMI Ultra HD Deep Color options. They're greyed out and unavailable. Will this hurt my picture quality? I'm connected to the display port. Thanks

- Answer Hello: These options are only available for the HDMI port. So you need to use the HDMI port with a cable compatible with HDCP 2.2, for this you need an HDMI 2.0 cable or higher and of course a GPU compatible with this output. The CPUs compatible with HDMI 2.0 are the models GTX 900 and GTX 1000 from Nvidia and the models RX 300, RX 400 and 500, also the Fury and Vega are compatible from AMD.
