A:Answer If you are still in warranty I would send this back .. I had similar issues and just plugged/unplugged unit to reset .. and 1.5 years later it does not work at all. Now LG support is going to charge me to get this repaired. Still waiting for the estimate, but I bet with shipping, parts, etd it will be almost as much as a new sub. I will update when I get the quote from LG.
