- Answer Yes, it does come with wall-mounting hardware. I didn't wall-mount my sound bar. I chose to place the Sound Bar on a credenza directly below my LG OLED TV which is wall-mounted.

QuestionFor some reason my sound bar doesn’t work with Netflix or Disney plus but works with other apps that I open on my tv. Is there a way to fix this?

- Answer I use both of those apps and I've never had a problem with the audio working through the speakers. My best guess is there is a problem of your settings on the TV itself.

QuestionI have connectivity issues using the HDMI-ARC3 cable from the soundbar to my SONY 65" Class X80J series LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (Model: KD65X80J). Keeps flipping from TV speakers to Soundbar. Tried a new HDMI cable without success. What can I do?

- Answer I had the exact same issue with my Sony TV. It would do it for a few minutes and usually settle on the external Audio System, otherwise I would have to go in to settings and manually select Audio System. I couldn't deal with it after a week so took it back and was fortunate to find an open box Sony Soundbar, which is in all honesty worth the little extra. FWIW I tested a Samsung soundbar from another room with the Sony TV and it worked much better.

QuestionFor a wall Mount, I see that the manual calls for M6 screws. But what length of screw is recommended for the 4 holes in the back?

- Answer M6 screws mount affix soundbar to TV frame. If u are mounting soundbar to a wall, 1" wood screws should be adequate for 7.6 lb weight if going directly into solid wood. Add additional length if going thru paneling or drywall (maybe Molly fasteners for that?) of course. The subwoofer weighs 12 lbs, so we'd recommend 1.5" minimum screws for that unit.

- Answer It's probably dead. Mine died after 13 months. Google search the model number, it's usually the control board, about $100 and you can fix it yourself with a screwdriver.

- Answer If you are still in warranty I would send this back .. I had similar issues and just plugged/unplugged unit to reset .. and 1.5 years later it does not work at all. Now LG support is going to charge me to get this repaired. Still waiting for the estimate, but I bet with shipping, parts, etd it will be almost as much as a new sub. I will update when I get the quote from LG.

- Answer About the only way I could think of would be to get an RCA to HDMI adapter. Then use RCA cables out of TV to HDMI in on soundbar. Something like the one below.

QuestionDoes the subwoofer have outputs for wired speakers (L & R) on stands ? The speakers I have are from a LG Home Theater System that quit working 13 months after the purchased. The subwoofer quit working, but the sound bar and L & R speakers all still work.

- Answer There aren't any holes at the bottom of the TV to allow it to be mounted to the TV. LG SN6Y comes with Wall Mount Brackets. Screws and wall plugs are not supplied for mounting the unit. We recommend the Hilti (HUD-1 6 x 30) for the mounting. ^Daphane
