QuestionCan the adaptive sound control be turned off? I dont want the volume or bass being too low when i want to blast action movies to my liking.

QuestionDoes this come with a power cord for the sound bar and a separate power cord for the subwoofer? Mine only came with one and I feel like I am missing something since both can't be plugged in at the same time.

- Answer Bar is 41.75 inches. Height is 2.75 inches. Depth is 3.5 inches. The bluetooth connected woofer is 11.5 inches high, 7 inches wide and 10 inches deep. Both boxes have power connections.

QuestionI have an LG TV Model 55UB8200-UH will this sound bar and sub work for the this TV and not have any audio delay like some other sound bars have that are a different brand then the TV brand

- Answer I don't know about other options but even though the subwoofer looks small and compact it delivers good low-end sound. My wife constantly is telling me to turn it down because all she can hear in the other room is Thump Thump Thump

- Answer I've only had this soundbar a week myself, but if you use the remote and press the equalizer button the first or second item displayed will show "WF". That is the subwoofer, use the + button to increase the level of it. Good luck

QuestionPage 23 of the manual says you must use a high speed HDMI cable WITH ETHERNET in order for ARC functions to work. Is this true? I don't understand why the Ethernet would be needed.

- Answer This is true. I have a few HDMI cables that don't have "Ethernet" written on them and the ARC was not recognized. They must have just been very old cables. Picking up a new HDMI cable will do the trick if you don't have one that says "Ethernet" on it.

QuestionI was very satisfied with this product since day 1, I pair with the rear speakers and it sounds great all around... i recently got this message on the soundbar screen :"EMERG" i tried turning on and off, unplugging and google... has anyone else had this?

QuestionFor those movies where the talking is quiet and the action is super loud how does this soundbar handle? Is talking at a better level so you don't have to play the volume game with the remote?

QuestionI bought an LG soundbar to use with my TCL Roku tv and can't get it to work with the hdmi arc connection. The optical works fine, but when i try to use the hdmi cable, it works for about 5 seconds and then stops. Any thoughts?

- Answer Make sure you unplug the tv from the power source, then push the power button on the back of the right side of the tv for 15 seconds. This resets the system. After doing this my arc on my Lg sound bar worked.

- Answer Should work without any problems if your soundbar is an LG. Can't verify if it will control the volume with a different soundbar manufacturer.
