QuestionCan it only be ventless or can you add a vent?

- Answer You cannon add a vent unless you tried taping one onto it. It does not make the room hot. It recirculates the heat to dry the clothes so heat coming out of it is minimal.

QuestionMy DLEC888W broke. Will I be able to stack this new model (DLHC1455W) on top of my old WM1388HW washer? I have gotten competing answers from different companies and LG just says "it is not recommended" since they want to sell me a new washer.

QuestionIs this dryer ventless?why do you suggest a vent accesory when you go to the shoping cart ?

- Answer The dryer works great and doesn't shake annoyingly. It doesn't need a vent accessory. It recirculates heat to dry clothing and throws off minimal heat. It just needs some room behind it for cool air intake and some exhaust. Impressive tech and dries clothes just like any other dryer but takes a bit longer.

Questioncan you mix with a same brand washer but the width of the washer is bigger? The highest we can go is 73 1/2 inches for the stacked washer and dryer, width 34 inches. We had an all in one and it kept breaking down. We do not want a "dorm" sized unit.

- Answer The washer and dryer should have the same width to safely stack. If the widths aren't the same, the footprint probably won't align to support the units being stacked. Typically, the depth of the dryer is greater than the washer but the widths are the same. ^Daphane
