- Answer Yes. And that attachment hose is included with the dryer- along with the stacking kit for the matching washer. If you don't attach the drain hose, there is a reservoir at the top that must be emptied after each load.

QuestionI have already ordered this (8 WEEK wait), but I was reading the reviews and now I am worried... I dry everything on very low heat to avoid shrinkage (LOL), but someone said there is no LOW heat setting? Help? Am I going to have tiny clothes? Thanks!

QuestionWhat is the diameter of the hose that caries the extracted water to the drainpipe in the laundry room? I have a single drainpipe for washer and dryer drainage, so I want to make sure that there is enough room for both hoses in this pipe. Thanks

- Answer The diameter is 0.5 inches. However, there is a plastic piece at the end of the hose that flares out to 1 inch. That piece might be removable but it's hard to tell without pulling on it.

QuestionMy DLHC1455W dryer doesn't have a drain hose T connection. It has only a vertical connection with a backflow plug in it. I removed the plug, and inserted the drain hose, but the water still goes to the tank. Where is the internal tank hose disconnect?

QuestionI find that my clothes are dry long before the estimated time. For example, I put in 4 towel at "normal", it estimates 1:55 minutes to dry, but they dry in 30 minuties. I can't figure out how to adjjust the time, i.e. "Less Time". Please explain.

QuestionJust bought this dryer new, tried a load out but there's water in the reservoir even though the drain hose was attached. Is this normal? or do I need to do something to force it to drain through the hose?

- Answer Read the owners manual, that is normal Book says empty reservoir after every use.
