• A:Answer You will need two outlets for the wash tower. The Dryer has to be plugged into the 240 V outlet but the washer has to be plugged into a 120 V, 60Hz grounded outlet. The washer comes with a power cord attached, but the dryer does not. The power cord for the dryer has to be purchased separately. The washer power cord is 6 feet. ^Daphane

• A:Answer The vent duct for the dryer on this LG Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer, Model # WKGX201HWA and for ALL LG dryers has a diameter of 4". The duct has a height of 41 11/32" from the floor to the center of the duct and if standing behind the unit, it is located 12 3/4" from the left side of the unit to the center of the duct and 14 1/4" from the right side of the unit to the center of the duct. Those dimensions are only available from the CAD/Mechanical drawings for the unit...^Ivan

• A:Answer Yes there is a kit but Best Buy does not carry it. You have to reach out to LG directly for the part. It’s about 70.00 Installing the kit is another story as I have had 3 different crews from Best Buy say they can’t do it (not sure if lack of training or simply laziness) and as a result, the unit has been sitting in my dining room for over a month now... good luck.
