A:AnswerI didn’t notice until I saw this question posed but sadly it does not have a light. However the door opens wide and it’s a very large drum so the room light is sufficient.
A:AnswerIt does come with a plastic y connector, but no hoses. I just ended up buying a steam kit from Amazon that came with 2 hoses and another y connector.

A:AnswerThe washer comes with a power cord. If you purchase an electric dryer you will need to purchase the power cord separately. Gas dryers come with power cords included.
A:AnswerIts the lg software suite. It sends messages to other lg tv's when done and what cycle. Its also supposed to allow for monitoring for potential issues and preventative maintenance warning. It talks to lg tv's is the basic premise.
A:AnswerThe panel show the remaining time of the cycle and which state there is. Also you can use the app to look at the time and process. Even you can turn it off with the app. After the cycle is finish you will receive an alert in the app to let you know.
Also the app alert you of any issue.
Very quite and use so much less energy.
A:AnswerThank you for your interest in the LG Front Load Washer (WM4000HWA) model. The LG WM4000HWA is a 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer with a depth of 30 1/4 inches. This means that it is designed to fit in compact spaces, including closets with limited depth. Therefore, with a closet depth of 31 inches, you should have enough room to hook up this washer without the need for additional space. The "closet-depth" design of this washer allows it to fit in more places and add sleek style to any room. A:AnswerFor lack of clarity, We see that your inquiry is about the washer door opening. The unit that is listed is a front-load washer, and the door opens all the way in a 90-degree angle. Please contact us if you have more details or need further information. ~Tanisha
A:AnswerNope. Very quiet and minimal shaking when properly leveled. As for cleaning, it's a stainless steel tub, so you just run a clean cycle (additives or bleach) to clean the interior. The dispenser is plastic and removable, so you can wash it in the sink. Once the dispenser is removed, there's a large hole to get a dish brush or rag into with your hand, but it doesn't get very dirty in there. Do remember to keep the dispenser open for air drying after you're done, though. Mildew can form inside there, otherwise.
The rubber seal around the door is the thing most people familiar with top-loaders screw up. That seal catches a lot of water, as does the door itself. You MUST wipe it down and let it air dry with the door open or you'll wind up with mold/mildew and a smell. We picked up what they call a "front load washer door prop", which will hold the door open at whatever angle you want (so it's open, but still out of the way).
We also have one for the dryer because the mix of winter air coming through the exterior vent (if not closing properly) and the heat of the house can cause condensation to form in the drum when closed.
