QuestionWhere can I find a User Manual for this washer that I can download? I'm frustrated that the Owner's Manual has limited information about the different cycles and so I'm needing to download something that I can print out so we can use this machine right.

- Answer The Operation section starting on page 24 in the owner's manual for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Top-Loading Washer with 6Motion Technology - White, Model # WT7100CW under 'Wash Cycles' has descriptions about each cycle on the washer and also has a cycle guide and descriptions about Cycle Modifier Buttons and Option Buttons and how to use them. Regrettably, there is no User Manual available for the washer that you can download. - Answer Your local trash company should pickup old one. Yes free install they ask you to buy hoses but you can return them after it's installed if old hoses are ok the installer will tell you

QuestionI just purchased this washer & when I use the normal cycle on towels & some articles of clothing, for example, mesh shorts it is pulling the hem out on shorts & towels & leaving towels with strings. Anyone experiencing? Suggestions for another machine?

- Answer I'm sorry the manual does not listed estimated times for the various cycles. This washer uses load sensing to estimate the time need to properly clean the load. The time shown is only an estimate. This time is based on normal operating conditions. Several external factors (load size, room temperature, incoming water temperature, etc.) can affect the actual time. Please seek help in the LG Community Forum, https://lgcommunity.us.com. Then they will make sure it is properly and safely recycled. Be sure to disconnect the washer prior to appliance delivery (unless you've also purchased new dishwasher installation) or it will not be eligible for haul-away. A $24.99 service fee will be charged for each appliance that is relocated within the delivery address. Stand-alone pickup without a qualifying appliance purchase is $99.99...^IFV
