• My washer / dryer set is in a mud room type room and I always have the door closed to that room, especially when doing laundry. I never hear this unit running at all, I actually have to go check to see if it is done sometimes because I don't always here the bells when it is finished.

• It is quiet bc it doesn't clean clothes!! Dont be foolish... Stay away from LG products
