Not sure of the weight but I can wash 4 pairs of my Husbands work pants with 3 shirts. He is 6'2" Or I can wash my queen size sheet set and Have room for 2 sets. Keep in mind that I do Not fill my washer to the max. Hope this helps It's a great washer so far. I got it because several Service men at 2 different locations said they had Less repairs on the lg brand than any other.
