QuestionDoes the LG display digital pictures in a collage format, individually, fade in/out

- Answer The pictures can be displayed individually and they can fade in and out however they cannot be displayed in a collage format unless uploaded to the flash drive in a collage already. ^CP

QuestionI've tried all aspect ratios, but it still wipes out 2 or 3 inches off the picture on each side (vertical zoom is best because nothing is stretched ie. people don't look fat) . Is there any way I can adjust the width a little?

QuestionDo you accept thank you rewards from Citibank? Citibank stated that 43 inch LGmodel is not available in your store but when I checked your web page you do have it in stock. Makes me think Citibank no longer allows thank you rewards to be used at Best Buy.

QuestionWhen I play a video or movie,etc off of a USB stick, I can only get sound out of the tv speakers, even though I have a HDMI (ARC) cable connected to my new Onkyo receiver. HDMI (ARC)...Is there a way to get audio to my receiver???

- Answer The HDMI ports are for input, not output. Best quality audio would be from the optical digital audio out port located on the back of the TV.

QuestionThere’s one wrinkle that I can’t figure out: whenever the screen goes black for a second either to load a new scene in a game or to switch videos, the screen becomes very dark/dim for 10-20 seconds before it adjusts. Is there any setting to change this?

QuestionI was 100% satisfied with this TV until Amazon app stoped working, for which I mainly use this TV. Everything else seems to work fine except Amazon. I'm not sure if it will resolve the problem but is it possible to delete a certain app and re-download?

QuestionWe cannot get cox cable to work. We hooked it up to the HDMI in the back. It's not a standard digital cable box, it's one of those little converter boxes they give you for basic cable, but it was just working on our previous tv before we switched them.

- Answer The LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UJ6200 has a native resolution of 2160p and when presented with lower resolution, it will upconvert the signal to its native resolution or as close as it can get to that resolution. 720p video content and 1080p content has enough information in it so that when the signal is upconverted, the picture is decent and doesn't appear too grainy. 240p (also VHS quality) content is much lower than DVD quality (480p), and that is too much for the TV to upconvert so don't expect the picture to be clear or have much detail...^IFV
