QuestionCan you program the washer to turn on at a given time? For example, if I put clothes in it before work but want the washer to run at 3:30 so they are freshly washed when I get home rather than sitting there wet all day.

QuestionLess thana year old and the Door lock sensor is faulty. I have to hold the lid down for the lock to engage for the washer to start and it's becoming a major irritation. Anyone else facing this ?

- Answer When we used the washer (only once before returning it) we just tossed in a pod. Seemed to work ok but were a little concerned if there was bleach in the pod and it would ruin any clothes. It didn't but like I said, we only washed one load before returning the machine.

There is not enough clearance to fit a drain pan under the washer so it will have to sit in the drain pan. Your existing pan will accommodate the washer...^IFV

- Answer You can troubleshoot issues with wrinkling using the following help article: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/cloths-wrinkling-or-tangling-front-load-washer-CT10000012-20150720870979 The extra rinse option will add an extra rinse to the selected cycle. Use this option to help ensure the removal of detergent or bleach residue from fabrics. Liquid fabric softener, if used, is always dispensed in the final rinse. ^CP

QuestionDoes this washer come with a power cord? I don't see it listed with "what's included" but I did see it listed with the gas dryer...

- Answer Just got mine yesterday. There was no power cord with it. Had to remove the one from my old washer to put on new one. It did not say it was excluded. But did not see it listed as a part either. I think the company should reimburse for the power cord if it was supposed to be included. Thanks!

QuestionDoes the lid lock preventing being able to add items you may have missed?

- Answer Additional garments can be added to the tub while the Add Garment light is on. The Add Garment light illuminates near the beginning of the wash cycle to indicate when it is safe to add items to the load. Press the Start/Pause button to pause the cycle and add garments to the load. Press the Start/Pause button to resume the cycle. ^CP

QuestionIs there a version of this with a smaller door? I'm looking for a new smart waster/dryer and I'm debating if I can get 58'' height with the door open to not hit the 54'' high cabinet on the back wall. My current washer has a height of about 51'' door open

- Answer The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.0 cu.ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7300CW has a height of 57 1/4" (145.3 cm) from the floor with the lid open. The minimum vertical space from floor to overhead shelves, cabinets, ceilings, etc., is 58 inches (147 cm). Regrettably, there isn't a version with a smaller door available. The uE/UE code indicates that the washer is attempting to balance the load. When the uE/UE displays on the screen, the unit will fill with water in order to agitate and separate the items, then drain and try to spin again. After three attempts to balance, the uE will change to UE, meaning that the unit was unable to rebalance the load and requires assistance...^IFV
