  • QuestionWhat might be causing a clicking sound (like a button or snap tapping sound on the front window) during the wash cycle? It is definitely NOT something hitting the window. It is getting more frequent in the last few loads. Just purchased in April 2024.

The clicking or snapping sound you're experiencing occurs when the drum rotates at high speed during spinning, water drops onto the surface of the inner drum, and water drops from hitting the laundry hit the outer drum. You can consider this a normal noise generated when the machine operates, not a sound caused by a defect.   • QuestionI have a 55" space. Can I fit a this washer and matching dryer there. It shows width of 27", so that would leave one inch. Is that doable?

    • Answer It might be doable, but I wouldn't advise it. Washer will shake a bit during spin cycle, regardless of how balanced it is. It'll probably start banging into the dryer. I wouldn't want the constant banging on the electronic equipment. Let alone the potential noise that could come with it.
