A:AnswerNo it will not make a big difference. That’s a salesman trying to “build the basket” by making you think you need another thing to make it work properly. The included HDMI is perfectly fine, however if you are planning on using the hdmi pass through for a 4k Blu-ray player or Xbox I would recommend buying an additional hdmi for that. Always use the included cable for eARC
A:AnswerThank you for your interest in the LG S90QY 5.1.3 ch High Res Audio Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos® and Apple Airplay 2 (S90QY) model. Based on the available space of 50 1/2 inches wide and 35 inches in height, we recommend the following LG TV size and model, along with a compatible soundbar, for a seamless look:
1. LG OLED TV A3 55 inch 4K Smart TV (OLED55A3): This OLED TV offers high-quality visuals and is the perfect size for the provided space.
2. LG OLED TV A3 65 inch 4K Smart TV (OLED65A3): If you prefer a larger screen, this 65-inch OLED TV is a great option that can still fit within the given dimensions.
For an immersive audio experience, we recommend pairing either TV with the LG Sound Bar C (SC9). This soundbar is specifically designed to complement LG OLED evo C Series TVs, including the A3 models, creating a seamless look and delivering excellent sound quality.

A:AnswerHello there, Mike. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your question about setting up the S90QY sound bar with your LG 65" OLED C2 series TV. We understand how important it is to have a seamless viewing and listening experience.
You can indeed place the S90QY sound bar in front of your TV while it sits on a console. However, please ensure the sound bar is positioned low enough so that it doesn’t block the remote sensor on your TV. In many setups, the sound bar won’t interfere with the sensor, but if you find that it does, you can try slightly repositioning it or raising the TV stand if possible.
If you have any additional questions or run into any issues, please feel free to send us a private message on social media at @LGUSSupport. We’re here to make sure you get the best experience from your setup.
Thanks for your patience and for choosing LG!

A:AnswerLG makes model SPQ8-S 140 watt rear speakers for this soundbar. They have a wireless (bluetooth) receiver but the speakers still need to be wired to the receiver & you will need to plug the receiver into an outlet. They are $199 on sale for $149.

b Using the HDMI cable, connect the HDMI d TV (eARC / ARC) terminal on the back of the product to the HDMI IN (ARC) terminal on the TV. Here's the manual for connectivity https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-S90QY.DUSALLK. ^Vanessa
A:AnswerHi, The unit can work with any TV but you have to check the Specs and connectivity ports, this model has inputs : Optical, HDM, can works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, has HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC), HMDI output and USB. ^Vanessa
A:AnswerYes. I use it by itself, with an LG OLED TV, with no receiver, and have it hooked to an Xbox 360, Xbox One, and a Blu-ray player. They all work together fine. I also am able to use the bluetooth feature on the soundbar to listen to books and music from my iPhone while playing games on the television if I want to, or just by itself without the television. I can say I'm glad I went with the pair of LG devices when I bought them this summer. They have easily had the least conflicts between sound bar and television that I remember. Very easy to operate together or separately, and the quality is great.
A:AnswerHi, there. You can connect your bluetooth hearing aid directly to the TV and the soundbar connect thru cables. TV Matching 55 ~ 65 inch. ^Vanessa
A:AnswerAt this moment they only support SPQ8, which comes with a big connection box.
Samsung’s optional rear speakers are much better as they can be individually plugged. LG should really start offering better rears.
