A:Answer Daphane, I’ve been trying to find out this info since my first email to LG support on 12/13. No one has answered. I’ve sent 5 letters to that particular support person and the same approximate number thru the online support. Twice I also called the support number you provided, but those support people also don’t know. I just showed the manual to another person who also found it vague and confusing. The contractor himself asks for clarification, and since he’s a licensed professional, that should be an indie action of how confusing the user manual is. Daphane, I’m getting very desperate for answers because installation is scheduled for 1/3/22. Can you put me in touch with anyone at LG who might know? I did go to the Facebook page link you provided for other support, but they’re closed. Query sent to them too. I’m running out of people to ask.
