  • QuestionDoes it come with a broiler drawer? Or do you have to broil in the oven? Is there a drawer at all? What do you think about proof for bread? Can it be added in the purchase if I want a broiler drawer?

    Asked by BROILER.

    • Answer Hello there! Thank you for sharing your inquiry with us. We understand your inquiry about the LG LRGL5825F gas range. This model does not include a dedicated broiler drawer; instead, it features a storage drawer at the bottom for pans and baking sheets. Broiling is done inside the main oven cavity using the built-in broil element (13,500 BTU), and you simply slide the rack into the top position for direct heat. Troubleshooting Step: When broiling, be sure to move the oven rack to the highest safe position (about 4–6 inches from the broil element) and preheat on “Broil” for 5 minutes before placing your food, so you achieve even browning without flare-ups. As for proofing dough, the LRGL5825F includes a “Proof” oven mode designed to maintain the ideal low temperature for rising bread. To use it, select Proof and place your dough on the center rack—check after 30 minutes to gauge rise, then continue as needed. If you’d like to add a separate broiler drawer, that accessory isn’t available for this range; broiling in-oven is the intended design. https://www.lg.com/us/cooking-appliances/lg-lrgl5825f-gas-range-with-air-fryer#pdp_specs If you’d like further assistance or to explore any additional solutions, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport and our team will be more than happy to help you. • QuestionWhat is the difference between convection and air fryer options they both have circulating air but what is the difference?

    Asked by Mach.

    • Answer Hi, Mach. Great question! Thanks for your question about the LG Range (LRGL5825D) model. While both convection baking and the Air Fry function in the unit use circulating air, they serve different purposes: Convection Baking uses a fan to circulate hot air evenly around food, ensuring consistent cooking and browning. This is great for baking, roasting, and general cooking where even heat distribution is needed. Air Fry uses high-speed convection with increased airflow and higher temperatures to create a crisp, fried texture without the need for excessive oil. It’s designed specifically for foods like fries, wings, and other fried favorites. • QuestionHow much of a BTU loss is there on the stove top burners when converting it to lp? Ie the 20,000 btu burner will be what after converting?

    Asked by Chris.

    • Answer Thank you for your interest in the LG Range (LRGL5825F) model. When converting a stove top burner from natural gas (NG) to liquid propane (LP), you can expect a loss in BTU output due to the difference in the energy content of the two fuels. You can anticipate a loss of 2,000 to 3,000 BTUs when converting a burner from natural gas to liquid propane. For the LG LRGL5825F, which has a 20,000 BTU burner, you might see a reduction to around 17,000 to 18,000 BTUs after converting to LP. You can download its owner's manual through this link for more information: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-LRGL5825F.FRSELGA. ^Cris
