QuestionAn online LG sells rep said that this TV was equipped with a timer feature that automatically turns on the TV at a specific time. Has anyone used this feature? Did you have to purchase any additional products to get this feature to work?

- Answer I use it all the time. I have the TV come on at 6:30am every day. Very easy to set up in the settings menu. This is an out of the box feature with no additional products or services required.

QuestionIt says this TV can be wall mounted via VESA 300x200, however, there are no screw holes in the back. To mount it, are you supposed to use the 4 screws that hold the back panel on?

- Answer The screws in the back of the LG - 50" Class (49.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black, Model # 55UH5530 are not for holding the back panel. Those are the screw holes for a Wall Mount Bracket. You might be able to use those screws for a Wall Mount if it is not too thick. The metric size for the diameter of the screws you need for Wall Mounting that will fit into those holes is M6 (i.e. 6 mm diameter). The length for the screws is given as L "XX" where "XX" is a number that lets you know what length (e.g L14). Typically, VESA Compliant Wall Mounts come with the right screws included that will have the right length for the thickness of the Wall Mount and if it is too long, they also include spacers...^IFV

You can visit our site at https://www.lg.com/us/support/repair-service/find-repair-provider to see if there are any LG Authorized Service Center's near you by entering your address or zip code and the product type into the appropriate fields. You may also want to inquire about the Geek Squad's Protection plans that have to be purchased when the product is purchased or within 15 days of when it is purchased that will replace the unit if it cannot be fixed...^IFV

- Answer I have a non-pro PS4 and yes, the picture is slightly better than a 1080p TV simply due to the color aspects of the TV. PS4 also has HDR support for some games like Infamous Second Son and Uncharted 4...and these games are significantly improved on this TV vs a 1080p.
