Yes, you do. In fact I could not setup the TV without doing so. I had to put in a credit card number to setup the TV (In truth I really didn't try to go around the credit card setup). Yeah it sound crazy but it also asked if I wanted to be charged automatically, or have to be asked for my PIN number before any charges. I checked PIN number every time. This will stop kids from ordering everything under the sun, and should stop unexpected charges. I have yet to be asked for the PIN number so I am not expecting to be charged a penny. At first it seemed foolish, but after your in you can see that you can easily order things à la carte (one thing at a time, piecemeal). A much preferred method compared to the BUNDLE!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Roku app is only for Roku users. If you have a Roku Player or Roku TV then the app is great and isn't just a remote, but you can search, follow shows/movie/actors you like, cast videos and photos, etc. If you don't have a Roku then you should probably get one! They're awesome!
