The serial number is unique to each individual unit when you purchased it and isn’t listed on the website. To find the serial number for your TV for this model, you can find the serial number on a label on the back of the TV. Depending on the manufacturing date, it may be on either the back right or back left side of the unit.
For 2018 models or newer, you can also retrieve this information on-screen by pressing the MUTE button 3 times in a row on your LG remote. The model information, including the serial number, will be displayed.
For older models, you can go to Home > Settings > Support > Product/Service Info to view the serial number.
