“The listing says comes with drying rack. Drying rack was not included. Also a new dryer vent hose was not included. How do I fix this problem and recieve the items as advertised?”

Mine did not come with a drying rack or a vent hose. Nor had another dryer I've ever bought. Those are generally add on items you buy separately. Dryer vents are never included because there are different ones and sizes.
