“Does it need to be connected to a water source or can water just be poured into a reservoir for the steam feature?”

This question is for: LG - 7.3 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer with Steam and EasyLoad Door

The dryer has to be hooked up to the same water hoses as the washing machine. In my install, they used a small splitter hose to connect the dryer with the same hoses as the washing machine.

Good evening Mike. I've just had mine a couple of weeks but I am not aware of any reservoirs. It'll need a water source. The install guys took care of it In little to no time. So far, so good for me!
