QuestionMy propane tech couldn't figure out how to open the dryer to convert it to propane. It's not in the owners manual. Help! LG was no help :(

- Answer Any luck? we are having issues trying to get it disassembled as well. We live in a tiny bush town in Alaska with no "certified" installation people.

QuestionWe have well water. I would like the steam function, but would prefer to be able to use distilled water. Do any of your steam dryers allow this?

- Answer I have well water and a steam dryer, i have no problems using my steam use on my dryer. My dryer is hook directly to my hot water heater. Have had no issues with doing that.

- Answer HECK NO --- after Best Buy's installation (requiring a stiff exhaust line), our dryer reaches out just over 36 inches (and we have it back as far as possible)

- Answer I don't know the maximum length the vent can be. Our dryer sits next to the outside wall, so the venting was easy and straightforward.
